1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Matheroo application ("App") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CentrumX Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Amman, Jordan. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and CentrumX Tech only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. CentrumX Tech is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
3. Scope of License
The license granted to you for Matheroo is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any supported device (Apple-branded or Android) that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Description of Service
Matheroo is an educational mathematics learning application designed for UCMAS learners, trainers, and parents, providing equations, task assignments, and progress tracking.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account (iTunes or Google Play) at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings (Apple ID or Google Play Store) at any time after purchase.
- Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
6. Maintenance and Support
CentrumX Tech is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. You acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
7. Warranty
CentrumX Tech is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the respective App Store for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Store providers will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
8. Product Claims
CentrumX Tech, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the App fails to conform to any legal requirement; and (iii) intellectual property infringement claims.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, they will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
